The Trailer Valet can handle RVs, boats, and other towable vehicles of any size, provided they fall within the weight capacity of the selected model.
Yes, it can work with double-axle trailers as long as the trailer's weight distribution is properly shifted toward the front.
RVR models are available with capacities of 3,500 lbs, 5,500 lbs, 9,000 lbs, and 12,000 lbs.
It can handle certain inclines and packed uneven surfaces, but performance depends on trailer weight, weight distribution, and surface conditions. It is not recommended for sand, mud, loose gravel, or rocky terrain.
Yes. The RVR is fully motorized, powered by a lithium-ion battery, and controlled remotely.
The battery provides approximately 30–45 minutes of continuous use. The initial charge takes about 12 hours, while subsequent charges typically take around 1 hour.
No. The RVR models must be removed before towing. Only the 5X model can be placed into a stow position.
The unit has an integrated brake that automatically engages when the motor stops, helping control the trailer, especially on flat surfaces.
It should not be submerged in fresh or salt water, as this can damage the internal electronics.
Perform maintenance every three months by greasing chains and bushings, keep the unit clean and dry, and store it indoors when possible. If the treads slip, check the trailer's weight distribution and ensure the surface is clean and firm.

Works Great

"RVR3 arrived as expected. Well built and very powerful. Moves my 17' Lund with ease. I will just need to practice my remote steering more."

My RVR 3

"The very best unit I ever bought originally had the standard trailer valet that worked perfectly with no problems saw a video of the RVR 3sold my trailer valet and bought the RVR 3 incredible thank you for making a fantastic device to move my trailer"

This is an awesome robot!

"It pulled my 1,500-pound motorboat without breaking a sweat. The only hitch was that the driveway was soft in some spots, so we had to help the robot out by pushing the boat until harder ground was found. Worth every penny and we highly recommend."

Love the product! Love the idea!

"My application is slightly uphill (it does have the power for that) but it includes a slight turn, off of the alley behind my house, to clear my house, and the surface is large (2" to 3" gravel), so the combination of all of those factors made it almost impossible to make the turn. I managed to flip the Trailer Valet over and cause the trailer tongue to get into a "crushing" position - however, the Trailer Valet RVR is so robust-built that it withstood the crushing blow, and is still useable, with no dents. I got spooked, so the trailer temporarily sits in its other lot. I'm puzzling about how to make it work. The Trailer Valet IS a great product, it is my fault that I didn't take into consideration, other factors. I am keeping it, to utilize it in situations where I am at a flat race track parking lot. It WILL serve its purpose."

Q&A

I have a lifted off road trailer, when level is 26 ground to hitch. The hitch is unique, cruise master D025 Would this work? Or can I place trailer on the tug by way of the lifting jack? Thank you for your help in advance, Mike Polit
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately these type of hitches are not compatible with our units using the ball hitch. We would suggest using the bracket to be attached to your frame of the trailer if there is enough room. You can also reach out to support@trailervalet.com and a customer support tech can assist you with questions you have. Thank you!
How much does the RVR3 weigh?
Hello! The RVR 3 weighs about 70lbs. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions. Thank you!

Can you switch out the mounting bracket to the ball on the rvr3?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out today. Yes, you can as well use a ball hitch with the RVR 3. We have an accessory called the RVR ball mount that will convert this unit. I can provide a link here for you where you can purchase this part from our website. https://trailervalet.com/shop/trailer-valet-rvr-ball-mount/
